SHIPMENTS:

Shipping costs are indicated on all items where not indicated are free.
Shipments are made with:

• GLS: with delivery between 24h and 72h from the time of shipment depending on the location, all goods are insured; the courier carries out two steps in the absence of the buyer, the return is charged to the buyer including storage costs.
• FERCAM: expedition tubs and whirlpool boxes for the most bulky packages

• ATTENTION the shipping costs in the advertisements are not valid for DISCOMFORT LOCATIONS (we will contact you to give you a cost of transport, to see the list click on the word DISCOMFORTED LOCATIONS IN BLUE) and for the Islands, Calabria and Puglia (€ 15 automatically appears , 00) except for the ELBA ISLAND (€ 15.00 and to be agreed for bulky packages), Venice Lagoon to be requested.
  

• TRANSPORT TAKES PLACE WITHOUT A HYDRAULIC SIDE THE MATERIAL CAN BE UNLOADED AT HAND, ANY KIND OF REQUEST OTHER THAN STANDARD TRANSPORTATION IS A PAYMENT.
• TRANSPORT WITH A HYDRAULIC TAIL LIFT IS A PAID € 40.00 IN ADDITION TO THE TRANSPORT COST
• IF YOU REQUEST A SERVICE NOT AGREED FROM THE CARRIER
  FIRST WITH US THE STOCK EXPENSES WILL BE CHARGED
• TRANSPORTATION IS BY TELEPHONE BOOKING, IF THE CUSTOMER DOESN’T
  SUBMIT AT THE APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY STOCK AND RETURN EXPENSES
• DO NOT ASK TO TRANSPORT THE GOODS IN ANY ROUTE OTHER THAN THOSE
  GET STARTED, IN THIS CASE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE STOCK
• DELIVERY TAKES PLACE ON THE STREET, NOT IN THE CELLAR, IN THE BOX ….
•  ON UNLOADING, SIGN WITH RESERVE ONLY IF THERE IS A REASON THAT MUST BE WRITTEN
  (EXAMPLE SIGNING WITH RESERVE BECAUSE THE PACKAGE HAS SHOTS …….)
  SIMPLY SIGNING WITH RESERVE DOES NOT USE ANYTHING

HOW TO BEHAVE ON DELIVERY:

Before signing the transport document, check:

• the number of packages
• integrity of the package (if not intact, sign with reservation and motivation)
• For your safety, we recommend that you affix the note “Control reserve” if the packaging is not perfectly intact, specifying the Reason

  • NOT STRAPPED
  • NOT FILMED

• According to the provisions of Article 1698 of the Civil Code, receipt of goods without reservations and reasons extinguishes the courier from harmful actions as reported in the contract except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence of the carrier which logically must be demonstrated by the customer.
  It is important to remember that if the reservations are not motivated by a bad condition of the packaging, it is almost impossible to prove the carrier’s responsibility:
• Damage visible from the outside and / or missing quantities: to protect your right to compensation or replacement of the goods, you must affix the note “Control reserve” and indicate the reason as in the examples cited above; Alternatively, you can refuse the acceptance and collection of damaged goods by writing the reason on the waybill in pen.
• The Goods withdrawn only “Reserve of Control” do not give the right to be compensated and are useless
• Therefore, please be very careful when you collect the goods and sign the transport documents in order to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings in the after-sales.
• To open a case of Damage, the customer must provide us with photos to be sent to info@aisilbagno.it
• At the time of departure of the Goods, together with the tracking, an email will be sent explaining how to behave at unloading

ATTENTION after 8 days from receipt of the goods, reports of anomalies related to transport or the contents of the shipment will not be accepted.

DELIVERY TIME:

The merchandise is usually in stock. For bathtubs, whirlpool boxes with saunas, floors, whirlpool columns, request delivery times to: info@aisilbagno.it or contact us at 0106512810; in the event of a purchase where the goods are not available, we will contact you immediately.

RETURN:

the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 10 days after receipt of the goods, the shipping costs and the goods travel at the risk and at the expense of the buyer.
the material must be in original packaging and include all the pieces not tampered with inside the package. The Ais Il Bagno company reserves the right to check the goods and credit the amount, after deducting the transport and any anomalies.
